John Low – Founder and Managing Member

John Low has over 25 years of experience in real estate management, acquisitions, and finance. John has a distinctive background in a range of real estate roles, which provides him with the diverse set of talents for financing and construction. In the past, he has facilitated the purchase, sale, and fabrication of nearly 100 custom homes in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Los Altos and other neighboring communities. John has spent relentless hours managing about 100 millions dollars of complex real estate transactions along with the hands-on, day-to-day operations.

John has extensive experience in all aspects of selecting and procuring land for projects and reselling completed homes, designing homes, certification and construction support, construction and cost estimating for architectural projects, negotiation with code enforcement agencies/city planners, building department, designing homes from the inception until the completion, submittal of building plans, expediting the process of building and planning department to achieve building permits.

John has extensive experience in subdivision development, lot line splits, tentative maps, surveying and staking, demolitions, large undergrounds basements, planning reviews, inspections of properties city municipalities, Submissions and processing of variances, in foundations, framing, engineering, sheetrock, electric, roofing, interior design, staging homes for sale, landscaping, landscaping, cutting building pads, city sidewalk, curb, gutter, street work, sewer line lateral connection in city street, and inspections.

John has extensive experience in construction final inspection process with building departments, planning, sanitation, lot drainage, city engineering, city arborist, city electric connections to main, city gas inspection to connect main, fire department inspection for sprinkler systems, local water company.

John has extensive experience in all inspection prior to final: electric, gas, plumber, electric main. structural engineering, basement, basement waterproofing, basement drainage, basement forms and all steel, sheetrock, certification welding, daylight plane, all height requirements per-plans, roof and shear wall inspections.

John has extensive experience in monitoring the day-to-day construction site coordination of all trades and materials.

Freddy Llamas – General Contractor

Freddy became a licensed contractor, after 20 plus years as a journeyman carpenter and managing construction sites Blackstone decided to turn his passion towards high-quality construction. As a General Contractor, Freddy achieved his General Contractor License eight years ago and is active is the construction business on a daily basis. Over the past decade as a General Contractor Freddy has managed or built-out nearly 50 projects. Blackstone has overseen theses projects including management and construction of numerous new homes and remodels, spanning a wide range of architectural styles. He prides himself on his professionalism, work ethic, attention to detail, and high standards for quality, not to mention his natural talent for building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
